Shipping Information:

    • Shipping within the USA:
      • Shipping options:
        • 3-Day Express Shipping:
          • Cost = $9.99
          • Shipping Time = 3 business days from when order is placed
        • Standard Shipping:
          • Cost = $5.99
          • Shipping Time = 5-9 business days from when order is placed
      • Shipping is via USPS or UPS depending on location
      • **SplayTray Disclaimer** - we guarantee we will ship out your SplayTray in a timely manner to meet the estimated shipping times. However, we cannot control UPS or USPS delays.
    • International Shipping:
      • Shipping to all other countries is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order
      • We use a system that calculates any applicable customs/duties fees that the customer pays at checkout with the shipping costs
      • By collecting the duties/taxes at the time of purchase: 
        • 1. We avoid issues with orders getting stuck in customs 
        • 2. The customer will not be faced with unexpected fees to accept the shipment

    Return/Exchange Policy:

    • Returns: 
      • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee - if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return for free (minus the initial shipping cost) within 30 days of receiving your order
      • If you need to return, please email support@splaytray.com with your order number
      • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to send the order back to us*
      • Once we receive your item, you will be issued a refund within 3-5 business days
        • Shipping cost paid at time of purchase will not be refunded
      • Exchanges:
        • If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please email support@splaytray.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order
        • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label* to send the item(s) back and you will be responsible for paying the $5.99 flat rate shipping cost (USA) for the new item
        • If there is an increase in price for the item(s) exchanged, we will email you an invoice to complete the payment for the price difference
        • Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the new item and issue a partial refund (if applicable) within 3-5 business days
      *return shipping and customs costs will not be covered on international returns.

        "Incomplete" or "Insufficient" Address Policy:

          • If a package is returned to us with an "Incomplete Address" or "Insufficient Address" notice, you have two options for proceeding:
            • 1. You can provide an updated address, re-pay the cost of shipping, and we will re-ship your order.
            • 2. We will issue a refund for the item cost, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

        Lost/Stolen Package Policy:
